Ingredient mixing

   litchi 300 g, chicken breast 200 g, shallot 2 , green pepper 1 , salt 1 , egg white 1 , cornstarch 1 , white wine 1 , Oil ,

Cooking method

   1, Remove crust and seeds from litchi. Cut shallot into short segments. Cut green and red pepper into pieces of a diamond shape for further use.
    2, Debone chicken breast and cut it into cubes of 1.5cm long. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, egg white of one egg and cornstarch.
    3, In a wok heat oil until it is 40% done. Put in and scatter the chicken cubes. When the meat becomes white, add litchi, green and red pepper. Quick-fry and take them out. Let water drop completely.
    4, Remain one teaspoon of oil in the wok. Quikc-fry shallot segments. In turn add white wine, chicken cubes, litchi, adequate salt and cornstarch and fry to mix them. All is done.
