   Hawaii nutlet 80 g, winter bamboo shoot granules 80 g, asparagus granules 80 g, scallops 4 , fresh shrimp 4 , red radish 25 g, pepper , salt , sugar ,

Cooking method

  Remove head and shell of shrimp. Seek out black intestines. Peel off red radish and cut it into granules. Fry scallop and shrimp kernel with oil for a while and take them out. Heat oil in a wok, fry winter bamboo shoot granules, asparagus granules and red radish. Add scallop and fry for a while. Braise them with little water. Season them and fry with nutlet. Now all is done. Memo: Other nutlet can be a substitution for Hawaii nutlet, while leaf mustard can be a substitution for asparagus.
