Ingredient mixing
Small cucumber 600 g, red pepper 2 , ginger 5 , salt 2 , white vinegar 2 , sugar 1 , pepper oil 1 , balsam respectively 1 ,
Cooking method
1, Remove pedicel and seeds from red pepper. Peel off ginger. Clean and cut both into silks for further use.
2, Clean small cucumbers. Cut off head and tail. Cut them into halves along them. Removes seeds and cut them into strips of about 5cm long. Put them in a bowl and mix fully with A materials. Pickle for 20 minutes. Take them out and squeeze to dry them. Put them in a glass container. Add red pepper, ginger and B materials and mix them fully. Lid and keep still for 2 hours. Take them out for serving.
