Cooking method

    1, Use four superior cabbage cores with veins carved of a Chinese characer " Shi" shape. Scald them fully in boiling water.
    2, In a wok boil some clear soup. Add cabbage core and season it.
    3, Scald the three kinds of silks in boiling water and take them out.
