   yam 500 g, Beijing cake pieces 300 g, confected greengage 100 g,

Cooking method

     Clean and braise yam to make them done. Peel off and slice them. Slice Beijing cake pieces. Scald greengage in hot water. Cut it into pieces with a tile shape. Smear oilpaper withsesame oil and spread it in a soup plate. Put several rows of yam slices and Beijing cake slices on it with alternating color to build a shape of house ridge. Between every row in turn place greengage against them to build a shape of green tile. Put remnant broken yam and Beijing cake into the soup plate. Overturn the plate into a big flat plate. Uncover the oilpaper and braise them for 3 minutes. Take them out. In a wok make a thick with white sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus sauce in boiling water. Pour it on the plate and it is done.
