Cooking method
Clean Hunan preserved ham and slice it thickly. Peel off the red shallot and slice them. Slice the red pepper and the ginger, cut the shallot into segments. Heat a wok and add oil, ginger and preserved ham.Then stir-fry till to make them fragrant. Add bree, salt, dark soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, red pepper and shallot segments. Boil them until they are done and the preserved ham becomes savory. Thicken the soup with watery flour. Sprinkle the preserved ham with sesame oil. Serve.
