Ingredient mixing

   Backbone pork cutlet 600 g, shallot 2 , orange 1 , flour 2 , Oil 2 , butter 3 , fresh orange juice 2 , water 1 , salt 1 , pepper , vanilla 1 , thyme 10 g, 2 g, rosemary ,

Cooking method

   1, Clean whole pork chop. Mix it with seasoning and smear flour on it.

  2, Heat some oil and fry pork chop till it appears a golden color. Take it out and clean the frying pan. Cook the pork chop with 2 soup spoons of water in the pan.

  3,Melt butter in another wok. Fry shallot granules until it changes color. Add the juice in Step 2, orange juice and a cup of water. Boil the mixture.

  4,Put in the pork chop. Boil it for 15 to 20 minutes with spicery. Take it out and slice it into pieces of 1 cm thick. Put the pieces back into the wok and boil for another 20 minutes. Some salt and pepper powder can be added.

 5,Put the pork chop with juice in a plate. Serve with orange juice.
