Ingredient mixing

   frozen fishes 12 , smoked ham 6 , onion 1 , celery 1 , thin carrot 1 , minced garlic 2 , starch juice 5 , juice 1 , eggplant juice 2 , sugar , salt , potato powder 1 ,

Cooking method

    1.Defreeze, clean and mop the frozen fish, scatter some salt and pepper to preserve it for 5 minutes.
    2.Wrap the fish with half a smoked ham and chip the carrot, onion and celery into strips.
    3.Cook 2-3 spoons of oil into hot and fry the smoked ham and fish to golden and then get them out.
    4.Fry the minced garlic and assorted vegetables with the remaining oil, put the smoked ham and fish into them and then pour in the starch juice to boil.
    5.Put the fish and its accessories onto the dish for serving.
