    Mutton 250 g, cabbage , soy source , salt , sugar , sesame oil ,

Cooking method

   Thinly slice mutton. Pickle them with soy sauce, salt, sugar, some sesame oil and spices for 10 minutes. In a oven braise for 6 minutes with temperature 200 Centigrades. Take them out into a plate with cabbage leaves( or lettuce) as underlaying. Cut pickled radish of Korea style into strips. Tie a knot and put them in as decoration.

Features

    Features: mutton has a strong taste. Radish is crisp and cabbage is clear.
