Chinese golde coin shrimp

Ingredient mixing
white bread 4 , shrimp mucus 4 , 1 , white sesame , salt , potato powder , pepper ,
Cooking method
Cut bread into cobs with diameter of two inch. Mix shrimp mucus evenly with seasoning. Spread shrimp mucus on bread. Adhibit egg juice and sesame. Fry in hot oil in a wok until both sides appear a golden color. Let oil drop completely and serve hot.
Features
Bread is easy to go bad. It should be thin when smearing shrimp mucus or shrimp will not be done while bread is done.
