Ingredient mixing
Stone spotted pork 480 g, fresg asparagus 160 g, black mushroom strips 40 g, ham strips 40 g, sea cucumber 40 g, shallot 4 , red pepper 3 , flowers of sweet bamboo shoot 4 , mango 3 , onion 1 , tomato 2 , cherry ,
Cooking method
Slice stone spotted pork. Roll every piece with bamboo one shoot strip, mushroom strip and ham strip respectively. Steep them in oil untill they are done. Cut sea cucumber into strips. Cut asparagus into segments. Stew both with clear soup until they are done. Ring shallot segments with chilli. Cut head and tail of shallot into silks. Round the sweet bamboo shoot flowers as the margin. Place tomato pieces ringwise in the inner row. In a caldron fry and season sea cucumber, asparagus, shallot pricks and pork rolls. It's time for a plate.
