Ingredient mixing

   egg 3 , sugar , Vinegar , soy source , Cooking wine , amylum , water , , , shallot , ginger

Cooking method

  1, Break 3 eggs into a bowl and mix them fully with a little salt.

  2, In a wok heat oil. Add egg and change to a slow fire. Braise it into a big thick egg cake. Put them into a plate and dice it. Between the period braiseing the eggs, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, yellow wine, starch and water fully into half bowl of juice.

  3, In a wok heat oil, add chopped Pi County beancurd, garlic powder, shallot powder and ginger powder. Fry to make them fragrant. Add and mix with juice mixed in the bowl. When it is boiling, pour in braised egg pieces. Stir-fry to mix them fully. Take them out into a plate. Sprinkle them with some shallot blossoms as decoration and it is done. Prolix to say and actually easy to do with little trouble.
