Garlic Roast Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 Small Chicken (about 1kg)
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce*
- Dash of Pepper*
- Pinch of Salt*
- 1 sp Sesame Oil*
Method:
- Heat oven to 200C.
- Crush the garlic cloves and mix with the seasoning ingredients.
- Rub the mixture over the skin and inner cavity of the chicken.
- Place the garlic pieces and remaining seasoning inside the chicken.
- Cook in covered casserole dish for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
- Serve whole
