Cooking method
1, Take chicken breast flesh fromboiled chicken. Debone it and cut it into silks. Add flour, some water and adequate salt and mix them evenly.
2, Respectively unfold wonton wrapper on which put adequate chicken silks. Wrap them and dip in water to adhibit them tightly.
3, String chicken with three bamboo stickers and fry them in hot oil in a wok until they appear a goolden color. Take them out into a plate. When eating sprinkle some salty pepper powder on it.
