Cooking method
1, Debone the middle part of chicken wing. Slice up green and red pepper. Cut ginger into granules. Pickle deboned chicken wings with some salt and monosodium glutamate for 30 minutes for further use.
2, Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, green and red pepper, chicken wings, bean sauce and stir-fry until they are 80% done.
3, Add the rest of salt, monosodium glutamate and white sugar and fry until they are tasty. Thicken the soup with watery starchy flour. Pour in sesame oil. Take them out into a plate and all is done.
