Cooking method
1, Engrave some cut on chicken leg. Pickle for more than 10 minutes with mixture of salt, soy sauce, garlic and shallot.
2, In an oven bake it for about 30 minutes with the temperature 220 Centigrades. Turn to another side and continue baking for 30 minutes.
3, Put it in a grill. Bake with moderate or fast speed until skin is singed. It should not be too long, or it will be burnt. 4, Both sides should be baked too.
