freezed assorted vegetable 50 g, rice 1 , Beef 150 g, shallot powder 1 , salt 10 g, balsam respectively 10 g, amylum , soy source 1 ,
Cooking method
Directions:
1, Cut beef into silks contradictorily along the veins. Mix them evenly with one small spoon of soy sauce and starch.
2, Clean rice and boil it into a conjee. Add corn granules and freezed asorted vegetable and quick-fry. Add beef silks and scald until they are done. Finally add seasoning except starch. Sprinkle it with shallot powder and take out into a plate. Serve.
