Cooking method

   1, Slice beef and pickle for 10 minutes in pickling materials.

  3, Heat a spoon of oil. Fry green and red pepper with a little water. Take them out when they are ripe.

  4, Clean a caldron and heat some oil. Steep some beef in boiling oil till oil becomes cold. Take it out and let oil drop completely . In the same caldron stir-fry lobster sauce and garlic down. Fry beef with green and red pepper. Mix materials for thickening soup thoroughly and thicken the soup with it. Serve. Memo: When beef is steeped in oil, oil should be poured into the caldron before the caldrom is heated enough to smoke. Take out the beef when it becomes brown in the oil and it will be tender and tasty.
