Baked beancurd with sweet and sour sauce

   egg beancurd 2 , prawns 5 , red pepper 1 , greengrocery 300 g, Carrot 1 ,

Cooking method

   1, Clean red pepper and remove pedicel. Cut it into cubes. Peel off and clean carrot. Clean shallot. Cut them both into powder. Clean prawns and remove shell. Clean greengrocery and remove old peduncle. Respecitvely scald them in boiling water. Take them out.
    2, Clean egg beancurd and cut them into small pieces. Stain them with flour. Decoct them in a wok until both sides appear golden color. Take them out for further use.
    3, Pour 1/3 of fumet of sweet and sour sauce. Add scalded prawn, decocted beancurd, carrot powder and red pepper cubes. Boil and thicken the soup with watery starch. Take it out into a plate with greengrocery surrounding. Sprinkle it with shallot and serve.
