Method:

  1. Bake fish according to package instructions.
  2. Heat a little oil in a saucepan. Stir-fry the onion slices until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients* together and cook with the onions.
  4. Bring mixture to the boil, add the cornflour mixture and stir to thicken.
  5. Pour over the fish fillets just before serving.
